Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Psykick mobile application and related services ("Psykick" or the "Service"). Psykick is developed and published by Comedia design inc. By creating an account or using Psykick, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Psykick lets you make score predictions for sporting fixtures, join leagues, and compare standings with other participants. Features may change over time. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the Service where necessary for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may sign in with email and password or, where available, with Apple or Google through our authentication provider.

You must be old enough to use online services in your country and to consent to these Terms. If you use Psykick on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

You choose a display name for your profile. Your display name, predictions, and league participation are stored so the Service can work. Other members of a league you join can see your display name and related game information (such as predictions and standings) within that league.

You must not use offensive, misleading, or impersonating display names, and you must not submit predictions or use leagues in a way that harasses others, cheats, or breaks applicable law.

You agree not to misuse Psykick, including by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with the Service, scraping or automating access beyond normal app use, or uploading malware. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe harm other users or the Service.

You may delete your account from Settings. Deletion is permanent and removes your account and associated profile data from our systems, subject to any data we must keep by law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Psykick is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Sporting results and standings are for entertainment and competition among users; we are not a betting or gambling service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Psykick. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version in the app and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
