Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Psykick handles personal information when you use our app. Psykick is developed and published by Comedia design inc. We built Psykick for league-based predictions, not for advertising or behavioural tracking. We do not sell your personal information.

Psykick is built by developers at Comedia design inc., which publishes the app. We use Supabase to provide authentication, database hosting, and storage for the data needed to run the app. Supabase processes data on our instructions to operate sign-in and store your account and game information.

Account and sign-in: When you register or log in, we receive information needed to authenticate you, such as your email address and account identifiers. If you use Sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the profile information those providers share for authentication (for example email and name fields the provider supplies).

Profile: You may set a display name. Your display name is shown to other participants in leagues you join, along with your predictions and standing in those leagues.

Game data: We store the predictions you submit and the leagues you join or create, including membership and standings data required for the Service to function.

Push notifications: If you enable notifications, we store a device push token so we can send prediction reminders and match updates. You can turn each event type on or off in Settings → Notifications, or disable all device alerts in iOS Settings.

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers in Psykick. We do not build marketing profiles from your activity in the app. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites for analytics or ads.

We use your information only to provide and secure Psykick: creating and managing your account, storing predictions and league data, showing standings and display names within leagues, preventing abuse, and complying with law. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing without your consent where required by law.

Your display name and league-related activity are visible to other users in the same league. We share data with Supabase as our infrastructure provider. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to run the Service. You can delete your account in Settings; this permanently removes your account and associated profile data from our systems, except where we must retain information for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

We rely on Supabase and standard technical measures to protect data in transit and at rest. Data may be stored or processed in countries other than where you live, including where Supabase or its subprocessors operate, with appropriate safeguards where required.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can update your display name in the app and delete your account in Settings. You may also contact us to exercise other rights; we will respond as required by applicable law.

Psykick is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the revised version in the app and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated in the app where appropriate.
